Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier Spokane seeks a CMO Engineering Line Lead to provide leadership and coordination of the engineering department for the CMO line projects. This role ensures compliance, equipment functionality, and capital expenditures align with Jubilant HollisterStier management and regulatory guidelines.

You will oversee engineering projects, coordinate resources, and drive improvements while ensuring adherence to GEPs and cGMPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or similar engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Pharmaceutical experience.
• FDA regulated Industry experience.
• Facility engineering experience.
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD & SAP).
• Ability to work independently without routine instructions.
• Managing conflict and influencing outcomes.
• This position may manage exempt and non-exempt employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight and leadership to the engineering team responsible for the CMO line area.
• Drive technical improvements and responses to equipment and facility observations.
• Manage the assigned capital project schedules and budgets.
• Assign and oversee engineering projects including internal capital, compliance, and contract manufacturing.
• Coordinate and supervise engineering resources to ensure staffing for current and upcoming projects.
• Ensure designated area, equipment, and engineering infrastructures are compliant with local, state, federal, and international regulatory agencies.
• Execute high level projects from conception, aligned with management objectives for growth.
• Manage and execute facility and equipment updates to meet growth and objectives.
• Support client audits and technical visits.
• Communicate project status, constraints and issues to upper management.
