Texas Children’s Hospital is seeking a Manager, Children’s Miracle Network to support the development and strategic planning of CMN programs, cultivate corporate sponsors, and coordinate fundraising initiatives that advance the hospital’s mission.

You will lead the CMN team, collaborate with Development leadership, supervise staff, and drive events such as radiothon and campaigns, building strong relationships with sponsors, volunteers, and community partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Five years of fundraising, special events, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of fundraising, event planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsabilidades

• Corporate partnerships: Cultivate and steward CMN sponsors and engage them in hospital programs.
• Team leadership: Supervise and develop staff including a Senior Development Associate and two Development Associates.
• Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Events and fundraising: Coordinate CMN radiothon, fundraising events, and special projects.
• Strategic planning: Collaborate with Development leadership to implement strategies and improve processes.
