You will partner with executive leadership, philanthropy, donor relations, marketing, and clinical teams to shape strategic narratives, manage multi‑channel programs, and elevate the organization’s reputation while advancing philanthropic priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, public affairs, healthcare communications, philanthropy communications, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated communications strategies.
• Experience creating compelling written content for diverse audiences, including executive leadership and external stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of media relations, brand messaging, and multi‑channel communications.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Communications & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies that advance philanthropic priorities and fundraising campaigns.
• Philanthropic Storytelling & Donor Communications: Create narratives highlighting philanthropic impact and support donor cultivation and stewardship.
• Media Relations & Public Affairs: Develop proactive media strategies and coordinate with leadership on high‑profile initiatives.
• Content Strategy & Integrated Communications: Lead content across digital platforms, publications, and fundraising campaigns.
• Cross‑Functional Leadership & Project Management: Lead projects across philanthropy, marketing, donor relations, and external partners.
