Job summary

Pegasus Support Services, LLC is seeking a Production Control Clerk – CBP Facilities in El Centro, CA. The role centers on MAXIMO (CMMS) operations, workflow management of service requests, data input into CMMS, dispatching technicians, and daily administration of work orders and reports.

You will interface with project managers and customers, maintain documentation, and support invoicing processes for government contracts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be customer oriented and able to perform in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable background check and facility access.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from building managers, issue work order requests, maintain work order logs, and input data into the CMMS system.
• Track work orders from start to completion using and inputting accurate data into the CMMS system from technicians to depict a clear picture of work performed.
• Meet with the Project Manager to discuss work status, completion dates, CMMS documentation, and any issues as requested from the customer.
• Process and maintain a work order file system (CMMS) including the ASWR and RWA programs.
• Coordinate with the Contract team to ensure smooth processing of work orders, preventive maintenance schedules and CMMS utilization.
• Order replacement parts and material using a Purchase Order system.
• Initiate and print CMMS reports as directed by the Contract Manager.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounts Payable/Receivable for monthly invoicing to the Government.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
