LAUKOA is seeking a CMMS Technician for the Capitol Power Plant in Washington, DC. This full-time role supports asset records, work orders, preventive maintenance, and reporting with occasional telework pending COR approval.

The position requires CMMS experience, MEP system familiarity, and strong data accuracy. You will communicate with Government reps, engineers, and vendors and help prioritize maintenance tasks daily.

Qualifications

• CMMS experience required; manage assets, maintenance, and call orders.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and ability to read drawings.
• Proficient in documenting and reporting; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMMS database and records; update assets and work orders.
• Enter government requests and distribute work orders to technicians.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and inspection records.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and weekly alerts.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for Government references.
