LAUKOA provides mission-critical services and is seeking a CMMS Technician to manage asset records, work orders, and preventive maintenance at the Capitol Power Plant in Washington, DC. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with telework possible only with COR approval.
Responsibilities include maintaining the CMMS database, entering data, distributing work orders, and generating regular reports for government stakeholders. A focus on safety and compliance is essential.

CMMS Technician – Utility Distribution Operations and Maintenance
Location: Washington, DC | Capitol Power Plant
LAUKOA is seeking a CMMS Technician to maintain TMA asset records, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and reporting at the Capitol Power Plant. This is a full-time assignment during the Monday–Friday day shift, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Telework may be available only with COR approval.
Must receive favorable United States Capitol Police screening and complete required fingerprinting, photography, and badging before unescorted site work.
Must satisfy employment-authorization verification through E-Verify and comply with site access and identification requirements.
Ability to perform the essential duties and access assigned work areas, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to use computer systems, review technical records, and verify equipment information in assigned facility areas.
Ability to follow required entry procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
Between $34.74 - $53.85 per hour (included is $5.42 for Health & Welfare)
