LAUKOA is seeking a CMMS Technician to maintain asset records, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules at the Capitol Power Plant. The role is a full-time daytime assignment, Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.

to 2:30 p.m., with limited telework possible with COR approval. Responsibilities include updating the CMMS database, entering asset data, generating weekly alerts, and coordinating preventive maintenance while communicating with government representatives and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma and relevant CMMS experience.
• Training in facility maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with MEP systems and ability to read MEP drawings.

Responsabilités

• Manage, maintain, update, and verify the TMA CMMS database and records.
• Enter asset information, tags, inspection sheets, and deficiency reporting.
• Distribute work orders after entering Government requests; coordinate with technicians.
