Responsibilities

The Donohoe Companies, Inc. is seeking a Computer Management Maintenance System (CMMS) Systems Administrator to support our Integrated Facilities Maintenance team for a large financial institution in Washington, DC, with a global presence in over 140 countries. Salary range: $110,000 to $118,000, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting a facilities maintenance contract for large commercial buildings. Responsibilities include administration and configuration of metrics reporting and statistics for work performance using an Integrated Workforce Management System (IWMS), IBM Tririga. The role also involves developing reports to monitor the effectiveness of technical staff in service tickets, preventative maintenance, and performance standards.

Key Job Duties

• Develop reports demonstrating compliance with Key Performance Indicators
• Manage asset data, maintenance history, work orders, and inventory in the CMMS system
• Create metrics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Quality Control Managers to implement data-driven changes
• Develop and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and business processes
• Design and implement CMMS reports to support contract objectives
• Ensure accurate recording of customer asset information, including job plans and maintenance intervals
• Implement and support transition to paperless technology
• Monitor Preventive Maintenance schedules and update the Annual Work Plan (AWP)
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests for clients
• Analyze daily reports for anomalies, reporting findings to relevant managers
• Create dashboards for real-time monitoring of job status and service requests
• Integrate data into Tririga Advanced Reporting, Excel, and Tableau
• Stay informed on industry trends and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate and improve operations
• Train maintenance personnel and users on CMMS system functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CMMS software
• Manage company devices and maintain a detailed database of serial numbers, user info, location, and condition

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience with a CMMS supporting facility maintenance; prior Tririga experience preferred
• Experience in facilities management analytics, report writing, and data interpretation
• Strong problem-solving skills in research and trend analysis
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Critical thinking, especially in data analytics and presentation
