Job summary

IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, seeks a CMMS Specialist to administer and optimize the CMMS in a secure environment supporting defense mission facilities. You will ensure data accuracy, PM compliance, and timely work orders while collaborating with facilities engineering, operations, logistics, and security teams.

Strong CMMS experience, knowledge of federal standards, and the ability to work in classified environments are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience administering or supporting a CMMS in secure or regulated environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboards.

This role ensures accurate asset data, reliable preventive maintenance execution, and compliance with IC, federal, and agency-specific requirements. The CMMS Specialist works closely with facilities engineering, operations, logistics, and security teams to sustain highly secure and resilient infrastructure.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Administer and maintain the CMMS to support facilities, infrastructure, and mission systems in a secure environmentConfigure and manage asset hierarchies, work orders, preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, inventory, and reporting modulesEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with IC and federal standardsDevelop, track, and analyze maintenance performance metrics (e.g., PM compliance, work order backlog, asset reliability)Coordinate with facilities engineers, technicians, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate work order executionSupport audits, inspections, and readiness assessments by providing CMMS data and documentationDevelop and maintain CMMS procedures, user guides, and training materialsProvide CMMS user support and training while enforcing role-based access controlsSupport system upgrades, migrations, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., IWMS, BAS, ERP)Ensure CMMS operations align with cybersecurity, information assurance, and data handling requirementsEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of experience administering or supporting a CMMS in a secure or regulated environmentCertification relevant to CMMS Systems is preferred.Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms such as Maximo, Archibus, eMaint, Maintenance Connection, or similarStrong understanding of facilities maintenance operations (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, life safety)Experience developing PM programs and maintenance performance metricsAbility to work effectively in classified and high-security environmentsKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Experience supporting IC, DoD, or other federal facilitiesKnowledge of federal facilities standards and guidance (e.g., UFC, ISO 55000 principles, asset management best practices)Experience supporting audits, inspections, or mission readiness reviewsFamiliarity with cybersecurity and data governance requirements related to facilities systemsStrong analytical and reporting skills, including dashboard developmentSECURITY CLEARANCE: Active Top Secret SCI W/ CI PolyIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
