Job summary

L&T Technology Services Limited (LTTS) is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with strong experience in SAP PM and CMMS, focusing on O&G maintenance strategies and PM data management. You will participate in developing maintenance plans, linking tasks to components, and improving KPI visibility across maintenance activities.

Role requires hands-on CMMS mastery, familiarity with SAP PM, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset maintenance and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in Maintenance Management System for O&G customers.
• Maintenance Engineer with preventive and corrective maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of O&G equipment and PM/CMMS processes.
• Ability to drive maintenance process improvements and KPI visibility.

Responsibilities

• Assess and perform work activities in Maintenance Management System for O&G Customer.
• Conduct maintenance strategy workshops with stakeholders; review, approve and coach on deliverables.
• Create/validate PM plans and task lists; link components to tasks.
• Coordinate with planning/scheduling for work orders and data extraction from SAP PM.
• Interface with cross-functional technical groups to improve maintenance execution and KPIs.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP PM transaction codes.
• Work with SAP S/4HANA environment for PM master data management.

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

• Assess and perform work activities in Maintenance Management System for O&G Customer.
• Worked as Maintenance Engineer and carried out Preventive, Corrective Maintenance etc.
• Good knowledge about O&G Equipment
• Process improvement methods for maintenance effectiveness.
• Develop/Improve Asset Maintenance Strategy
• Ability to conduct Maintenance Strategy workshops with all stakeholders - Review, approve and coach others on Maintenance Strategy deliverables.
• Create/Validate PM Plans and Task list.
• Identify components for linking to task list
• Knowledge about PM Structure and Work Management process
• Ability to interface with many cross functional technical groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Power Point
• Familiar with all transaction codes related to SAP PM

Skills:

• Experience in Plant Maintenance Master Data Management
• Hands-on expertise in CMMS master data build for PM in SAP covering Equipment master, Functional Location, Maintenance task lists / Items and Plans / maintenance strategies / components
• Expertise in translating Equipment strategies into SAP master data (Data build and modify from time to time)
• Setting up upload templates for SAP data uploads
• Knowledge and setting up Inspection characteristics data for specific Equipment
• Experience in coordinating with planning/scheduling team for work order management
• Analyze existing PM master data and identify improvements in enhancing visibility for maintenance execution / KPI dashboard
• Adequate knowledge of transaction codes to extract required master data from SAP from time to time for data analysis
• Hands-on experience of working in SAP S4 HANA

Qualification:

The expected salary range for this position is between $67500 and $130,00 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
