Job summary

VBeyond Corporation is seeking a professional in Houston, Texas to assess and manage their Maintenance Management System for Oil & Gas operations. The role involves creating and validating maintenance plans, optimizing processes, and maintaining PM master data in SAP.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of rotating and static equipment, maintenance strategies, and workflows in work management systems. Candidates with maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance management, preferably in the O&G industry.
• Familiarity with asset registers and hierarchy for equipment.
• Knowledge of PM scheduling and workorder levelling.

Responsibilities

• Assess and perform work in Maintenance Management System.
• Create and validate maintenance plans and task lists.
• Optimize PM processes and maintain master data in SAP.

1. Knowledge in Rotating & Static Equipment's (O&G, Process industry) & having maintenance experience is an advantage.
2. Good knowledge in Asset registers and Asset Hierarchy for equipment and functional location.
3. Knowledge on Maintenance Strategies & Philosophies.
4. PM Optimization methods.
5. Understanding of Workflows in Work Management system.
6. Create/Validate Maintenance Items & Plans.
7. Create/Validate Task list and Standard text.
8. PM Scheduling and workorder levelling.
9. PM Master Data Maintenance in SAP.
10. Understanding Workflows/methodologies of Plant Maintenance/Work Management system.
11. Bill of material creation and assign to task list.
