Job summary

The Michigan Milk Producers Association in Constantine, MI is seeking an experienced CMMS Administrator to lead the implementation and optimization of a CMMS within the plant. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Experience in purchasing, inventory control, and maintenance planning in manufacturing.
• CMMS implementation or administration experience preferred (Maximo, PMC/PMX, SAP PM, or similar).
• Strong maintenance management knowledge and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS implementationincluding system configuration, data migration and user training.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define system requirements and processes.
• Collect and organize asset information, maintenance history, and operational data.
• Gather PM schedules and procedures from OEMs and internal sources.
• Set up and categorize inventory within the CMMS.
• Develop training materials and conduct CMMS training sessions.
• Provide ongoing CMMS support and troubleshooting for users.
• Align maintenance strategies with Plant Engineers and Maintenance Managers.
• Monitor CMMS performance and generate maintenance reports.
