Job summary

Form Energy, an American energy storage pioneer, is hiring a Maintenance Planner for our Weirton, WV facility. You will manage the CMMS and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to keep our battery production running smoothly.

Relocation assistance is available, and the role collaborates with Engineering, Process, Procurement and Production Operations to plan maintenance, optimize asset lifecycles, and ensure safety and reliability across the 550,000-square-foot site near Pittsburgh.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of maintenance planning or administration experience in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing or administering a CMMS.
• Strong problem solving, scheduling, and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the local CMMS admin for MaintainX.
• Drive CMMS utilization to track work orders and assets lifecycle.
• Create a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule.
• Prioritize tasks based on criticality and production needs.
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and tools.
