Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CMMS/work order system daily; create, track, and close work orders.
• Coordinate with maintenance techs to ensure preventive maintenance is followed on time.
• Work with vendors to schedule repairs, track costs, and reduce spend.
• Order parts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Track and report equipment downtime, repair costs, and parts spend.
• Maintain accurate documentation across all maintenance activity.
• Support the Facilities Manager with data, reporting, and scheduling needs.
