Job summary

Chugach Government Solutions is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst (CMMS) to administer and optimize CMMS workflows, ensure data integrity, and generate insightful reports for asset management. The role serves as SME and point of contact for CMMS users.

The position is located on site in Annapolis Junction, MD. Pay rate is $48.22/hr, with responsibilities spanning asset records, maintenance history, and collaboration with maintenance teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent GED.
• At least 3 years of experience working with CMMS or EAM systems in a maintenance, facilities management, or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in CMMS software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, graphs, etc.).
• Knowledge of data management principles and practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to pass pre-hire background and drug screen.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Possess the required Intelligence Community Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation and administration of the CMMS software.
• Define and document standard workflow processes for managing assets, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Provide daily support, troubleshooting, and helpdesk services for CMMS users.
• Develop and present training programs and documentation for staff.
