Pro2Serve in Knoxville, TN seeks an IT Manager to lead the information technology function, ensure security, governance, and compliance across the enterprise, including CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171 requirements.

This role requires hands-on leadership, coordination with MSPs, cybersecurity partners, and executive leadership, managing budgets, audits, cloud services (Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government), and cloud identity controls with Entra ID and Intune.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in IT roles with progressive responsibilities.
• Proven leadership in IT management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 110 cybersecurity controls under CMMC Level 2 / NIST SP 800-171.
• Manage SSP and POA&M documentation.
• Lead self-assessments and C3PAO audits.
• Ensure SPRS documentation and annual affirmations are complete.
• Oversee cloud environments (Microsoft 365 GCC High, Azure Government).
• Manage cloud identity, access control, and MFA with Entra ID/Azure AD and Intune.
• Monitor security logs and incident response processes.
