Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier in Spartanburg, SC, seeks a Quality Technician to plan and direct layout information, operate the CMM lab, and participate in PPAP-related activities. The role requires reading and following work instructions, working safely, and contributing to continuous improvement across processes.

The candidate will have 1–2 years of related experience, an Associate degree, and may hold a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Explain and uphold the Quality Policy.
• Explain how the role impacts customer satisfaction and the Quality Policy.
• Understand and communicate the Quality Management System and document structure.
• Identify and document non-conformances.
• Participate in corrective actions and problem solving.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work areas.
