Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Spartanburg, SC seeks a Quality Lab professional for 2nd shift (1:30 PM–9:30 PM, M–F). You will plan layouts, operate CMMs, perform gauge calibrations, and support PPAP submissions to uphold our ESOP-driven, quality-focused culture.

The ideal candidate has an Associate’s degree and 1–2 years of related experience, with GD&T and measurement software knowledge. Safety and teamwork are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training.
• Read, write, speak and understand English sufficiently to perform duties.
• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Proficiency with measuring equipment and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct proper layout information for products using required formats.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including CMM, gauge certifications, and hand tool calibrations.
