Challenge Manufacturing in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Quality-focused professional to plan layouts and inspect products using CMM and gages. The role supports PPAP submissions and knowledge of GP-7, GP-3, GP-8 certifications is a plus.

The position is 2nd shift (1:30 PM–9:30 PM) and emphasizes safety, ownership, and teamwork within a leading Tier 1 supplier network. You will perform process capability studies and ensure parts meet prints, while maintaining measurement equipment and

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to safely perform duties.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct proper layout information using customer reporting formats.
• Operate and maintain lab equipment including CMM and hand tool calibrations.
• Conduct process capability studies and verify processes, materials, and products.
• Explain Quality Policy and how the role supports customer satisfaction.
• Identify non-conformances and support corrective actions and investigations.
• Maintain CMM lab cleanliness and equipment, PPAP submission readiness.
