Job summary

Qualifications

• Has at least 5 years of experience as a CMM Programmer/Quality Assurance Technician.
• Experience leading internal audits and coordinating MRB activity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train junior technicians.
• Proficient with company systems and maintaining quality records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality and maintain shop floor quality control.
• Perform first piece inspection, material defect reports, and gage calibration.
• Design specialized gauges and perform complex inspections as required.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate audit teams.
• Direct the work of other quality assurance technicians.
• Coordinate Material Review Board activity and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain timely and accurate records and reports.
