Job summary

Accurate Personnel seeks a detail-oriented CMM Programmer / Quality Technician to support quality assurance and inspection activities in a precision manufacturing environment. You will develop CMM inspection programs, perform dimensional inspections, and support quality systems while collaborating with production, engineering, and customer-facing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in manufacturing quality or inspection.
• Experience programming and operating CMM equipment.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and maintain CMM inspection programs.
• Perform dimensional inspections using CMM and manual tools.
• Interpret drawings, specs, and GD&T to verify conformity.
• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections.
• Generate and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
• Assist with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support audits and quality system compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
