Job summary

Dynamic-Metals in Dayton, OH is seeking a CMM Programmer I to operate the CMM, set up and modify programs, and perform in-process and final inspections of parts and assemblies to meet AS9100 and customer requirements.

You will maintain quality records, support the quality management system, and coordinate CMM activities. Proficiency with PC-DMIS/REVO Head, ERP systems, and Excel is expected. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Detail oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to manage time with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T blueprints.
• Experience using quality measurement equipment (height gages, calipers, micrometers, radius gauges).
• AS9100 quality compliance understanding and commitment.
• MODUS language programming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM by performing set-up and minor modifications to current programs.
• Develop and perform in-process and final inspection of parts and assemblies; execute functional tests of final products.
• Maintain quality and safety standards; keep records; manage equipment and supplies.
• Develop, maintain, and support the quality management system per AS9100 and customer requirements.
• Determine conformance of products based on data from CMM; report non-conformances and initiate continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and support all activities concerning the CMM; utilize PC-DMIS/REVO Head and ERP system.
• Assist in calibration, non-destructive testing, and certifications; participate in quality audits.
• Support Quality Engineers with FAI development and submission.
