Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a CMM Programmer/QC Inspector located in Cypress, TX.

The CMM Programmer/QC Inspector will be responsible for quality control by creating programs, performing inspections, calibrating and maintaining measuring equipment, and utilizing various gauges for accurate measurements.

Daily tasks include programming coordinate measuring machines (CMM) using Zeiss Calypso software and Zone3, ensuring compliance with industry standards, documenting inspection results, and working closely with production teams to identify and address quality issues.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in using gauges and performing accurate measurements
  • Experience in quality control and inspection tasks
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Relevant certification or training in CMM programming is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education is beneficial
