Job summary

Zing Recruiting is seeking an experienced CMM Programmer for a Milan, MI manufacturing site. The role is hands-on, programming, setting up, and running CMM equipment with PC-DMIS, reading blueprints, and interpreting GD&T per ASME/ANSI Y14.5.

You will perform detailed layouts, contribute to SPC/Gauge R&R studies, and assist with PPAP submissions. This is a first-shift, contract-to-hire position based in Milan, MI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CMM programming using PC-DMIS.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Experience performing dimensional inspection and bench layouts.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment.
• Read blueprints and GD&T per ASME/ANSI Y14.5.
• Perform detailed part layouts and inspect to tolerance.
• Support SPC and Gauge R&R activities.
• Maintain quality data and assist with PPAP.
