Challenge Manufacturing in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Quality Assurance/Engineering support role focused on maintaining quality processes and inspecting critical parts using CMM, calipers, and micrometers. The candidate will participate in PPAP submissions, non-conformance handling, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a BS degree with 1–2 years of related experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a night shift setting at the Spartanburg plant.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Maintains high standards of performance and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and explain the company’s Quality Policy and job description.
• Explain impact of position on customer satisfaction and Quality Policy.
• Understand the Quality Management System and document architecture.
• Identify non-conformances and log them; participate in corrective actions.
• Develop standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
• Conduct part and fixture certifications and re-certifications as required.
• Maintain CMM lab and report equipment issues.
• Ensure parts and fixtures are made to print for PPAP submission.
