Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a CMM Programmer for the Brillion, WI location to support manufacturing quality through CMM programs and advanced inspection methods. You will create inspection routines, perform complex dimensional analyses, and provide high-precision data to production and engineering teams.

Responsibilities include developing using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Calypso, analyzing results, and supporting product launch validation.

Qualifications

• Three years of related experience with CMM programming.
• Strong ability to interpret GD&T per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings and CAD models.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Calypso.
• Perform dimensional inspections to verify GD&T and CAD model compliance.
• Operate FARO arms, laser trackers, and handheld 3D scanners.
• Analyze inspection results, generate reports, and communicate findings to teams.
• Support first article inspections and product launch validation.
• Troubleshoot programming issues to ensure accuracy and repeatability.
