Job summary

Reader Precision Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking a Quality Technician with a metrology focus to develop, program, and optimize inspection systems including Zeiss CMMs, Keyence, and Oasis. You will ensure efficient, accurate processes and train staff in system usage.

The role requires 2+ years in metrology programming, strong GD&T and drawing interpretation, and hands-on experience with CMM software. This on-site position offers a robust benefits package and a daytime schedule with overtime

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
2+ years in metrology programming or quality systems in manufacturing.
Strong hands-on experience programming CMMs (Calypso), Keyence, Oasis.

Responsibilities

Program, optimize, and maintain Zeiss CMMs, Keyence, Oasis, and other inspection systems.
Create and refine inspection routines and part measurement programs from drawings and specs.
Develop and document clear work instructions for using quality equipment.
Train quality and production staff on inspection equipment usage.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues in quality lab systems.
Collaborate with engineering and production to validate inspection setups.
Support FAI and production validation processes.
