Job summary

AriensCo is seeking a CMM Programmer at our Brillion, WI location to support manufacturing quality through development, maintenance, and execution of CMM programs and advanced inspection methods. You will ensure products meet engineering specifications by creating inspection routines, performing complex dimensional analyses, and providing high-precision measurement data to production and engineering teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on CMM programming and operation experience using

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong programming and operation experience with CMM systems using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Calypso.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and maintain CMM programs using PC-DMIS, PolyWorks, and Calypso.
• Perform dimensional inspections to verify drawings and GD&T requirements.
• Operate FARO arms, laser trackers, and handheld 3D scanners.
• Analyze inspection results, generate reports, and communicate findings.
• Support first article inspections and product launch validation.
• Troubleshoot programming and measurement issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve methods.
• Maintain records per quality requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to quality technicians and production teams.
• Drive continuous metrology process improvements.
