Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a CMM Programmer (STARLINK) on 2nd shift to lead precision inspection and programming for Starlink development components. You will collaborate with machinists, leads, and engineering to improve part accuracy and manufacturability.

Experience in CMM programming, GD&T, and ISO 9001 adherence is required. The role includes a cleanroom environment and potential cross-functional responsibilities across the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of CMM programming experience.
• Familiarity with GD&T and drawing notes.
• Experience setting up quality gauging and inspecting tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision inspection (CMM or surface plate) on parts and assemblies.
• Interpret GD&T requirements for drawings and notes.
• Select appropriate gauges and inspect tolerances with necessary accuracy.
• Maintain and organize CMM programs with QA coordination.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to improve processes.
