Job summary

Amazon Kuiper Manufacturing Enterprises LLC in Everett, WA, is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to lead CMM programming (PC-DMIS) and AS9102 FAI activities for complex aerospace components.

You will develop CMM programs, inspect parts, and mentor junior staff while supporting PPAP and quality-system initiatives in a regulated, fast-paced environment. Requires 5+ years in CMM programming and GD&T proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMM programming experience (PC-DMIS)
• FAI per AS9102 experience
• GD&T ASME Y14.5M knowledge
• Aerospace receiving inspection experience
• AS9100/ISO 9001 quality management systems knowledge
• High-tolerance aerospace components experience
• Calibration management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, revise, and optimize CMM programs using PC-DMIS
• Operate CMMs and coordinate measuring machines for aerospace parts
• Produce setup instructions and backup of CMM data
• Lead FAI per AS9102 and PPAP support
• Provide quality leadership to manufacturing and suppliers
• Review inspection records for compliance
