Doncasters in Groton, CT is seeking a CMM Operator to perform precision dimensional inspections on aerospace castings and machined components using CMMs and conventional inspection equipment. You will ensure products meet drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications while supporting continuous improvement.

At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a CMM Operator to join our team in Groton, CT.
The working hours/salary for this role are second or third shift, $21.44 per hour. Second shift hours are 2:00pm-10:30pm, third shift hours are 10:00pm-6:30am.

The CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Operator is responsible for performing precision dimensional inspections on aerospace castings and machined components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and conventional inspection equipment. This role ensures products meet engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards. The CMM Operator works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Production to maintain product conformity and support continuous improvement initiatives.
