Doncasters Group in Oxford, Alabama, invites recent engineering graduates to join its two-year Graduate Development Program designed to develop the next generation of aerospace-focused engineers. The program combines on-the-job training with structured rotations to build core skills in casting, production, and process improvement.
As a Product Engineer I, you’ll monitor casting processes, support tooling and maintenance, and gain cross-site exposure under a mentor.

What we can offer you:
Product Engineer I is an Early-Career role supporting aerospace investment casting processes, building a foundational engineering skillset, and developing knowledge of the process through tasks and responsibilities such as process monitoring, part-specific production maintenance, tooling support, and yield improvement. This position offers exposure to all areas and processes involved in manufacturing aerospace cast products in partnership with a mentor. As part of our graduate development program, participants will have the opportunity to gain valuable cross-site experience and exposure to different teams, products, and manufacturing environments.
