The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
• Conduct regular quality inspections on all products, using the CMM to measure and analyze components for dimensional accuracy.
• Develop, implement, and maintain CMM programs to optimize the inspection process.
• Collaborate with the production team and other departments to ensure quality standards are met across all stages of the production process.
• Interpret and report inspection findings, providing detailed documentation and feedback to the quality assurance and production teams.
• Assist in the implementation of quality control processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to problem-solving initiatives, identifying potential quality issues and recommending solutions.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CMM technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CMM Operator in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in quality inspection and control.
• Extensive knowledge of CMM operation, programming, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.
• Excellent technical skills, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential quality issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively report inspection findings.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
