Jobot, a well-established US-based manufacturer, is seeking an experienced CMM Machinist for a permanent role. You will set up, maintain, and troubleshoot CMM machines while programming as you learn. Read blueprints, measure tolerances, and ensure product quality with precision tools.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years of CMM machinist experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMM setup and operation.
• Willingness to learn programming.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with safety awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining CMM machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
• Reading blueprints and mechanical drawings to understand required tolerances.
• Translating instructions into computer commands for machine operation.
• Loading raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Supervising machines and adjusting for quality improvements.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet requirements.
• Checking machinery daily to maintain functionality.
• Troubleshooting machine-related issues promptly.
• Programming CMM machines and learning to program further.
• Adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
