Job summary

American Rheinmetall is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist for the night shift to set up and operate CNC milling centers. You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, program machines, and ensure parts meet specifications through first-piece checks and continuous quality documentation.

Responsibilities include tool setup, offsets, measurements with calipers/micrometers, and maintaining safety and equipment. This role supports production in a high‑standard manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret GD&T on engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC milling centers for precision parts.
• Use calipers, micrometers and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
• Maintain documentation of production and quality logs per procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.
