Qualifications

• 10+ years of CNC machining and setup experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and geometric tolerancing.
• Experience with on‑machine programming (Fanuc and/or Mazatrol).
• Ability to perform precise setups in a job shop or production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Program at the machine using G & M codes (Fanuc controller) and/or Mazatrol.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Perform offsets and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Change and manage cutting tools as required.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met throughout production.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize setups for efficiency and accuracy.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range: $26 – $32 per hour
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
