Job summary

Materialise Medical is seeking a CMF Account Manager to drive sales of CMF implants to university hospitals across German-speaking markets. The role focuses on new business development, account growth, and building trusted relationships, with close collaboration across international teams, including Belgium.

Travel to headquarters is possible. The candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical technology, and a technical or healthcare-related degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Experience selling medical technology products or customized implants preferred
• Ideally holds a technical degree or vocational qualification in medical technology, business, or healthcare-related field
• Strong relationship-building capability and motivation to achieve results
• Good networking skills and analytical thinking
• Willingness to travel within territory and to Belgium headquarters
• Strong self-organization and ability to work independently in an international environment
• Excellent German and good English language skills

Responsibilities

• Sell CMF implants to hospitals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (standard and customized solutions)
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the assigned territory
• Manage and grow existing hospital accounts
• Contribute to strategic sales objectives and targets
• Coordinate with other account managers to support joint sales approaches
• Build a strong network within target hospitals and act as a trusted advisor
• Monitor market trends and share insights with the team
• Collaborate with international colleagues, especially the Belgian team
• Deliver regular reporting on sales results, pipeline development, and quarterly progress
