Job summary

Materialise is seeking a capable professional to support cranio-maxillofacial cases, coordinating web meetings with surgeons and guiding the design of surgical guides, implants, and models. You will study relevant anatomy, train software platforms, and ensure quality through regulatory and manufacturing systems.

The role involves travel to customer sites and trade shows, strong customer interaction, and collaboration with engineers and clinicians to drive innovative patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting medical professionals is desirable.
• Excellent computer skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Project / Case Management: prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Clinical Support: build relationships with surgeons via web meetings, calls, emails, etc.
• Software Training & Development: learn proprietary software for case processing and planning.
• Travel & In Person Support: travel to customer sites and attend procedures to gather feedback.
