Normine Lombard is seeking a curious CMF Designer to turn emerging trends into innovative, manufacturable finishes. You’ll work with Brand, Design, Engineering, Product Development, Regulatory & Compliance, and Manufacturing to explore materials, coatings, textures, and application processes for drinkware finishes.

You will develop tangible finish concepts, samples, and technical possibilities, collaborating across teams to translate creative intent into achievable CMF solutions.

Formación

• 3–5 years in CMF, industrial design or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Strong curiosity about materials and manufacturing processes.
• Hands‑on mindset with samples, prototypes and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Research CMF and finish trends, translate into opportunities.
• Develop tangible finish concepts and samples for teams.
• Identify supplier technologies and manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Brand and Design to translate ideas into CMF solutions.
• Develop finishes for existing and future platforms with technical targets.
• Work with factories to develop, sample, and manufacture finishes.
• Coordinate testing for durability, adhesion, chemical resistance, wear.
• Document results and maintain finish specifications and regulatory records.
