• 7+ years of Supplier Manufacturing Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or CMF/Surface Finishing Engineering experience.
• Experience with coatings, platings, or surface treatments.
• Strong understanding of color science and measurement fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Set up quality systems at suppliers for CMF color/material/finish.
• Own master color/material standards and golden samples.
• Develop and implement measurement methods and control plans for coatings.
