Job summary

Emory University is seeking a seasoned program manager to design, implement, and coordinate our CME education initiatives. You will develop strategic plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare reports across operational, statistical, and financial domains.

The role requires strong communication with faculty, staff, and leadership, with responsibility for training, budget oversight, and potential fundraising. A hybrid in-office schedule is expected with residency in GA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to the program and five years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in CME coordination, medical education administration, or healthcare compliance is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication across faculty, staff, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and coordinates program operations.
• Develops strategic plans and establishes evaluation methods for outcomes.
• Prepares operational, statistical, and financial reports compliant with regulations.
• Creates training programs and materials and represents the program at events.
• May manage budget, grants, fundraising, and forecasting.
• Serves as liaison with partners and writes presentations when needed.
• Maintains complete program records and may supervise staff.
