Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) Office of CME seeks a dedicated professional to coordinate continuing medical education activities for university, state, and national audiences. You will manage budgets, ensure ACCME compliance, and act as the central liaison with RHNs and affiliates.

Responsibilities include developing materials, applying for AMA PRA Category 1 credits, and collaborating with IT and marketing teams to support CME delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant experience required.
• Experience as meeting planner/ medical education program coordinator is preferred.
• Strong organizational, verbal and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with RHN and affiliates to meet CME needs.
• Ensure compliance with ACCME MUSC policies and award AMA PRA Category 1 credit.
• Collaborate with CloudCME and MUSC OCIO to develop tools for CME documentation.
• Participate in initial course development with activity director and CME Director.
• Coordinate on-site for live conferences, including registration and AV needs.
• Prepare and submit online educational grant applications and post-activity reports.
