Job summary

Baptist Health in Florida is seeking a CME Compliance Coordinator to ensure ACCME accreditation criteria and related standards are met across continuing medical education activities. Working with senior CME leadership, you will monitor, evaluate, and support symposia, conferences, webinars, and enduring materials, providing expert guidance throughout the CME lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced knowledge of ACCME accreditation criteria and related standards.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in CME or healthcare education.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, evaluate, analyze, and assess ACCME-compliant CME activities.
• Provide expert guidance across planning, execution, evaluation, auditing, and reporting of CME programs.
• Serve as primary liaison for assigned CME initiatives and support LMS operations for scheduled activities.
• Identify and resolve coordination or compliance issues and escalate risks to senior leadership.
