Job summary

CSC is seeking a CMDB Manager to oversee the Configuration Management Database, ensuring a single source of truth for IT assets and services. You will design, maintain, and improve the CMDB, driving data accuracy through discovery and data quality processes, and align with ITIL and CSDM.

You will lead ITOM/CMDB initiatives, work with stakeholders to gather requirements, and guide ServiceNow integrations and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM workflows is highly desirable.
• Proven track record leading ServiceNow projects and teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The role involves technical expertise in ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements and define processes.

What You Will Do

The CMDB Manager will design and maintain the CMDB, ensure data integrity, and align it with the organization's CSDM framework. They will also contribute to the development and execution of the ITOM/CMDB roadmap, lead the management and optimization of ITOM, and assist with designing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and automation
• Proven track record of successfully leading ServiceNow projects and teams
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of ITIL framework
• Knowledge of business environment, service requirements, and financial services sector
