Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking a Service Management CMDB Advisor to lead ITOM/CMDB governance within a healthcare setting. You will implement ITIL-based CMDB policies, drive discovery, and ensure accurate configuration item data across multi-source environments.

You will collaborate with Incident, Change, and APM/SAM teams to optimize service delivery, map assets to business services, and maintain lifecycle traceability of CI data, while advancing CSDM 4.0 adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or related discipline.
• ITIL v4 certification is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM administration or architecture.
• Experience delivering ITIL-aligned CMDB governance in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ITOM Visibility deployment with robust Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Define data source precedence and maintain high-integrity CMDB data across multiple sources.
• Promote adoption of CSDM 4.0 standards and map assets to business services.
• Collaborate with Incident, Change, and Major Incident teams for real-time impact analysis.
• Act as liaison between ITOM and Application Portfolio Management and SAM/HAM teams.
• Ensure accurate CI information and conduct configuration audits; maintain lifecycle traceability.
