Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) is seeking an experienced Service Management CMDB Advisor with deep ITIL knowledge and a strong ServiceNow CMDB/ITOM background to lead the governance, configuration management, and service-mapping initiatives across our enterprise IT environment.

You will drive end-to-end CMDB policy deployment and collaborate with incident, change, and asset teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date records of configuration items.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master’s degree and 3 years, or 8 years with no degree.
• Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow platform administration or architecture, with CMDB/ITOM focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end ITOM visibility deployments including Discovery and Service Mapping.
• Serve as technical authority for IRE, define data source precedence and maintain high data integrity.
• Champion adoption of CSDM 4.0 standards and map assets to services and portfolios.
• Collaborate with Incident/Change/Major Incident teams for real-time impact analysis and MTTR reduction.
• Partner with APM and SAM/HAM for data consistency across platforms.
• Ensure Config Items are accurate and available when needed and perform configuration audits.
• Maintain traceability of data for each CI throughout its life cycle.
• Identify opportunities to govern inventory and CMDB processes through continual improvement.
