Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a skilled CMDB Administrator to manage the CMDB platform, ensure accurate CI data, and coordinate with discovery tools and integrations. The role emphasizes standardized data models, reconciliation rules, and ongoing audits to support ITSM processes.
The candidate should have 3–5 years in CMDB administration, be proficient with ServiceNow or BMC Helix CMDB, and hold ITIL-related certifications.
As a CMDB Administrator, you will be responsible for the technical configuration, operation, and ongoing integrity of the CMDB platform. This role manages discovery tools, integrations, reconciliation jobs, normalization rules, and overall platform health. The position ensures that CMDB data remains accurate, authoritative, and aligned with ITIL standards to support enterprise ITSM processes.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$109,500.00 - $146,200.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
