Qualifications

- 3–6 years of substantive CMBS securitization experience.
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex securitization documents.
Responsibilities
- Provide counsel on CMBS transactions including CRE CLOs for issuers, underwriters, and investors.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of transaction documents and agreements.
- Assist with deal structuring, due diligence, execution, and post-closing matters.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Collaborate within the Global Finance group to deliver premier client service.
