Tuscany Village Nursing Center in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a Staffing Coordinator CMA to manage staffing for nursing personnel and coordinate interview processes within a busy long-term and rehabilitative care facility.

You will schedule and verify licenses, conduct orientations, and ensure census-based staffing while supporting the facility's mission and benefits package including insurance, paid time off, holidays, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Current CMA license required.
• Previous experience in a nursing home or long-term care setting preferred.
• Scheduling experience required; UKG Pro experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

Responsabilités

• Staffing for all nursing personnel (CNA/CMA).
• Process applications for all positions.
• Schedule and conduct interviews with qualified applicants/candidates.
• Complete new hire reference checks, license/certification verifications.
• Review staffing routinely and adjust based on census.
• Conduct clinical portion of the new hire orientation.
• Conduct drug testing of all new hires.
• Maintain attendance records, excused/unexcused absences.
• Set up, track and log attendance for State mandated In-services and In-services as required by Administrator and DON.
• Annual Proficiency Testing for Certified Nurse Aides.
• May participate in assessment and evaluation of nursing staff.
• Maintain copies and track nurse and nurse aide licenses.
• Track, audit and administer TB tests, Flu Shots, etc. for Residents and Employees.

• Previous scheduling experience required; UKG Pro experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills needed
• Strong written and verbal skills required
