World Relief is seeking a Case Specialist to administer Refugee Cash Assistance to eligible clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. This role collaborates with the WRTX team to support refugees and other immigrants, handling referrals, enrollments, data entry, and compliance across TXOR and internal systems.
The CMA program supports newly arrived refugees, asylees, and other qualified immigrants with cash and medical assistance.

The CMA Program provides cash assistance to newly arrived refugee, asylees, and other qualified immigrants in the United States and ensures that Refugee Medical Assistance is administered to eligible clients in a timely and accurate manner. The Case Specialist is responsible for providing and managing these services to assist clients in attaining self‑sufficiency.
Hybrid Schedule: Monday-Friday; 3 days in the office, 2 work from home days.
